By using MndUP you agree to these terms. MndUP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Where your organisation uses an AI model paid for by the MndUP platform, that usage is charged to your organisation at the AI provider's own cost plus a markup percentage agreed with your organisation. Invoices are issued in arrears, covering a stated period of usage. Invoicing and payment are handled through Stripe, which sends the invoice and handles VAT. Usage on your organisation's own AI provider key (bring-your-own-key) is not charged by us — your organisation already pays its provider directly for that usage. Payment terms and the markup percentage are agreed individually with each organisation. If your organisation has a separate commercial agreement with MndUP, that agreement's terms govern billing where they differ from this section.
